1. Our 30-Day Clinical Guarantee
At Jacederm, we stand behind the clinical efficacy of our formulations. If you have used our Acne & Scar Therapy Protocol consistently for 30 days and have not observed a visible improvement in your skin’s clarity or texture, we offer a full money-back guarantee.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a standard return (non-guarantee related), please ensure:

The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be in their original packaging.

Partial returns of the "Acne & Scar Therapy Set" will be refunded at the proportional bundle price.
3. Global Shipping & Return Fees

USA, UK, CAN, AUS, NZ: We provide local return instructions for these regions.

Return Shipping: Unless the product is damaged upon arrival or the return is part of our 30-Day Clinical Guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass, leaking seals), please contact support@jacederm.com within 48 hours with a photo of the defect for an immediate replacement.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
